Many people have not had a massage in the comfort of their own home.  So to enable you to have a better experience, please read through this page and also the FAQ’s will help too!

HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR KNEADED VACATION

#1:  Begin making your house a restful, quiet space. At least 15 – 30 minutes prior to your appointment time, please turn off the TV/Computer.

#2: Light any candles or incense that you find relaxing.  Doing this simple thing will help you create a relaxing atmosphere in your home.

#3:  Be comfortable.  Whether that’s a robe & slippers or a set of pajamas, you’ll want something that’s easy to slip back into after your massage.

#4: Give yourself extra time.  Schedule yourself an extra 15-30minutes after the massage to do absolutely nothing but to luxuriate on the couch. Brew some tea.  BE on vacation…

#5: Keep hydrated. Drinking additional water over the next 24-48hours after your massage will help your body to flush out the toxins that get brought to the surface during the session.  In general, most people do not drink enough water, which increases muscle tension.
